Hope he didn't have a chip on his shoulder when he fell. That would be pretty heavy..

Do IndyCar team owners have to make the "Mandatory trip to the infield care center" for injuries to their pride?

Kinda funny watching the .gif with this playing in the back.

Great. Spoiled result via headline solely to pimp an animated gif.

Is that wall still that redone wall from several years ago where it is like 4 feet tall?

1. The gif is meaningless without the context.
2. The result was posted an hour after the race. If you don't want a race spoiled, stay off car-related websites an hour after a race you don't want spoiled.
3. Thank you for actually caring about IndyCar to care that you were spoiled, at least. If you have the race recorded, watch it. You'll enjoy it mightily (natural terrain road course races are always awesome, especially when placated by varying strategies and the wonderful-as-ever 2013 IndyCar parity) and, thanks to Chip's ownership of three cars (two of which were in contention to win at the end), you still don't actually know who won.

Well said.
I DVR'd the race, as on a beautiful day (really mild here in L.A. lately), I can't stand to be sitting on the couch in the afternoon when it's invitingly sunny outside.
I made the mistake of glancing at Jalopnik before dinner and seeing the headline, which was totally my fault. So, I knew a Ganassi car won, but not which of the three. The race was still very good for the reasons you mention.

You know who won? Ganassi owns 3 cars.

If only he'd begun doing the worm immediately afterwards, the embarrassment would have been converted to cheers.

Arguing spoilers in headlines seems pointless around here, so I'll be brief.
I care a lot about racing in general and watch as much as I can. This weekend my DVR captured all sorts of it for me. Two and four wheeled. The headline could just as easily read Here's an animated gif of Chip Ganassi falling over. Then anyone who cares about animated gifs and/or Chip Ganassi's coordination could have clicked on it. And those of us who want to watch the race without knowing that a Ganassi driver won could do so.
In any case, glad you enjoyed the race. I hope to be able to watch tonight if I get through with World Superbike and/or AMA early enough. Cheers.
